Barback

The Barback keeps the bar organized and supplied so bartenders can focus on guests. This is a hands-on support role in a busy hospitality environment.

• Restock beverages, glassware, ice, garnishes, and service supplies.
• Help keep bar work areas clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Support opening, closing, and ongoing preparation tasks.
• Communicate supply needs and service issues to bartenders and managers.
• Follow safe handling, sanitation, and workplace procedures.

• A dependable, team-oriented approach is essential.
• Previous restaurant, bar, or service experience is helpful.
• Ability to work efficiently while staying aware of a busy environment.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and events.

• This role includes standing, walking, bending, reaching, and carrying supplies.
• The work takes place around wet floors, glassware, equipment, and an active service area.
