Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to: (a) interfere with the site or attempt to gain unauthorized access; (b) scrape or collect data without permission; (c) submit false information through any form; (d) impersonate another person or business.
Reservations & events
Reservations are subject to availability and to the policies of our reservations partner (Toast). Private and corporate event inquiries are handled jointly with TripleSeat. Confirmations, deposit terms, and cancellation policies are communicated when an event is booked.
Gift cards & promotions
Gift cards are subject to the terms printed on the card or listed at point of purchase. Promotions may have specific eligibility, blackout dates, or expiration periods, and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Intellectual property
The Boathouse on the Bay name, logo, photographs, menus, and site content are owned by Boathouse on the Bay or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any of it without permission.
User submissions
When you submit content (forms, applications, reviews, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process it as necessary to operate the site and respond to your request. Don’t submit anything you don’t have the right to share.
Third-party services
The site links to and integrates with third parties (Toast, TripleSeat, social platforms). Their terms govern your use of those services.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is.” We make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Menu items, prices, hours, and event details are subject to change.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boathouse on the Bay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after we post changes means you accept the updated Terms.
