Chris Copeland

Chris is a singer-songwriter and multi-media artist, having worked in both film and music for the better part of a decade. Starting his music career as the front-man for a heavy metal group, Chris discovered the acoustic guitar by falling in love with folk musicians like Bon Iver, Iron & Wine, and Passenger. He found these artists were capable of creating grand emotions and mythological depth through gentle chords and poignant turns of phrase. He writes pop music and folk-americana, but favors the finger-style picking and gentle vocals of modern bluegrass artists like Nickel Creek.
